OKA's Latest Release: Generations and Type

Over the past several months, many clients, trainers and consultants have asked OKA for advice on how to both manage and facilitate generational differences in the workplace. To respond to this need, Rita Murray and Hile Rutledge have coauthored a set of training products for building generational awareness.

Generations: Bridging the Gap presents a four generations model, noting differences in the generations’ values and general approaches to work, communication and technology. As a means to bridge the gaps that erupt between the generations, this workbook presents both type and temperament as self-awareness and communication tools to provide the translation and bridging needed to turn discord into collaboration.
